2. Use License

We grant you a limited license to use the Service for managing household employee records.

You agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security measures
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Upload malware or violate laws

3. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for obtaining employee consent to store their personal data and complying with local labor laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

5. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse employee data. You have 30 days to download your data after termination.
